I understand that if I am accepted as a volunteer for Save A Lab (a.k.a. savealab.com) any animal in my foster care remains their property and must be surrendered to them upon demand. I understand that my status as a foster volunteer can be revoked at any time, for any reason, and I will return all food, toys and other equipment to Save A Lab if requested to do so. I am aware that animals in my care must be under my control at all times, and I accept legal and financial responsibility for any damages my foster pet may cause. I agree to comply with all Animal Control ordinances in my area and agree that I will not allow animals in my care to become a nuisance to the community, or endanger their own safety by running at large. Further, I agree to treat animals in a humane manner, providing them with wholesome food, proper and clean shelter, and regular veterinary care including yearly vaccination. It is at the discretion of Save A Lab which of these care costs they will assist me with. Therefore, I relieve Save A Lab of any responsibility for the health of this animal now and in the future, and for any expenses I may incur in animal care. I agree to return animals to Save A Lab if I am unable to care for them for any reason. I understand it is a violation of this agreement to transfer an animal to any other party without the written consent of Save A Lab.
